Gadi, Natividad keep Ateneo on top

In week two of UAAP badminton, the Blue Shuttlers bested counterparts from De La Salle University and National University.

The seniors team edged out the Archers in a 3-2 victory last Saturday. La Salle came out strong in the first singles game, but Patrick Natividad got point after point to close the game in Ateneo’s favor.

Then on Sunday, Ateneo steamrolled NU on their way to a 5-0 win.

Sophomore Toby Gadi once again clobbered his opponents in his singles matches, not allowing them to score in double digits.

Natividad is on a roll so far in the season with zero losses.
