Four your White & Blue: 2011 Bonfire Guidelines

The Bonfire in celebration of the Ateneo Seniors’ Basketball 4-Peat Championship will be on Saturday, October 8, 2011.

An autograph signing with the Men’s Basketball team will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Faber Hall (former Rizal Mini Theater). After which, a mass will be held in the Church of the Gesu at 5:00 pm and the program will commence at 7:30 pm in the Grade School parking area.

Below are the guidelines for tent set-up:

1. Setting-up of tents will be on October 8, 2011 at 12:00 noon. This will be on a first come first served basis. No reservations will be accepted.

2. The area for tents is between South Wing of Blue Eagle Gym and the Grade School driveway, in front of the Physical Plant Office. (Please see the map attached)

3. Bring your own tents, chairs, and tables. Electric outlets will not be provided.

4. Maximum size of tents is 10×10 feet. The floor area will be marked to guide you accordingly. Tents should be free of any sponsor or logo markings.

5. Cooking is NOT allowed in the tents.

6. Selling of merchandise and food will NOT be allowed.

Also, there will be a booth where you can drop off your donations for the victims of the recent typhoons.
