Ateneo bows to San Sebastian

The Ateneo women’s volleyball team bowed to San Sebastian College in the V League games last Thursday, July 22 at the FilOil Flying V Arena.

Ateneo put a fight in the third set taking a 24-23 lead after an Alyssa Valdez hit to move closer to set point.

The Lady Eagles ultimately went down in three sets 22-25, 17-25, 24-26.

With a 2-1 record, Ateneo is tied at third place with Adamson University and National University.

They look to bounce back as they face Lyceum on August 1, 6pm.
